Staff Interview: Esther Kim, Sub Manager.

How long have you been with HONEYMEE? What has been the most memorable moment during your time here? I’ve been working at HONEYMEE for about 7–8 months. The moments that stand out to me the most are making ice cream and getting to talk with our customers.

What is your favorite HONEYMEE menu item? Why would you recommend it to our customers? My favorite menu items are the Strawberry Affogato and the Green Grape Ade. I recommend the Strawberry Affogato because of the delicious combination of sweet strawberries and our smooth, creamy ice cream. The Green Grape Ade is a great choice for its fresh, light, and refreshing taste.

What does working at HONEYMEE mean to you? What have you experienced or learned as a HONEYMEE team member? To me, working at HONEYMEE means creating moments of happiness for our customers. It feels very rewarding to see how our products and service can bring a little joy and positivity into people’s everyday lives.

What do you think is HONEYMEE’s greatest appeal? What makes HONEYMEE special from a customer’s perspective? I think one of HONEYMEE’s greatest strengths is our signature HONEYMEE milk ice cream and the use of real honeycomb. From a customer’s perspective, I believe HONEYMEE stands out because we offer a genuine dessert experience with quality ingredients that feels different from a typical dessert shop.
